The August Newsletter, President's Letter and GM Report are now available for review. There is no Treasurer's Report for this month.
Agendas for all Committee and Task Force meetings will be on file at the Administrative Office 3 days prior to the actual meeting.

Making the Clubhouse a safer and better place for the Community…
Unfortunately, the Game Room will be closed until further notice. The decision to close this facility was made for safety concerns and to protect property.
Currently, options to develop the lower level of the Clubhouse are being considered. One plan calls for expanding the Exercise Room to include the Game Room.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

COMMUNITY NOTICE
On Monday, July 12, 2010 construction will begin for the new mail stations at Yeiders Run and Lakeview.
Please be advised you will still be able to pick up your mail at these locations. The mail will be temporarily relocated 10' from the existing station.
Lake Holiday apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause you. This project should be completed by mid August.

Aqua informed Lake Holiday at approximately 3:30 pm today that there has been an overflow at lift station 12 at Yeiders Inlet. This may or may not affect Beach I. We will update as soon as water samples have been received. Swim at your own risk.
