We are a deed restricted, gated community  located in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains, just 14 miles west-northwest of Winchester, Virginia. 

Lake Holiday is a growing, vibrant community of approximately 800 single-family homes that sit on beautiful, mountain, wooded lots.  Lake Holiday home sites are situated around Lake Holiday, a 240 acre manmade lake, the largest in Northwestern Virginia.

Our residents enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, water skiing, and more. We have a playground for our kids, a 77-slip marina, a ball field, as well as tennis and basketball courts for our members.

Our beach grounds are perfectly suited for picnics and relaxation.  Our Clubhouse serves the membership as a gathering place for meetings, parties, and community-oriented events.  The Fitness Center is a place where a family members can exercise together. 

We are serviced by a privately owned water and sewer company.
