WEB SITE INFORMATION

1. USERS:

This Web Site is available for the use of property owners within Lake Holiday.  It is to be used for the advertisement of their lots and/or houses within Lake Holiday and not for houses also listed by Realtors.  Both sales and rentals by owner are permitted. 

2.  ADVERTISEMENT:

It is up to the owner to decide how much information to include.

All information is supplied by the home owner and has not been verified.  The host will make no guarantees for the accuracy of the information.

3. PROCESS:

Owners may bring or mail the advertisement to the LHCC Management Office at 231 Redland Road, Cross Junction, VA  22625, during normal business hours or send it via email to office@lakeholidaycc.org.

Management will forward the advertisement to the Webmaster

The Webmaster  will post the advertisement within five working days of receipt. 

No fax advertisements will be accepted. 

4. ACCESS TO THE SALE OR RENTAL PROPERTY:

No individual will be allowed to view any property within Lake Holiday unless accompanied by the property owner.

Every transfer of property located within Lake Holiday is subject to a

$2,000.00 Capitalization Fee, paid by the new owner.
